Return policy:
All of our products are backed by a full one year 100% satisfaction guarantee. Problems happen from time to time and we want to assure you that the appropriate action will be taken to replace the cartridge with a properly working unit.

Return & refund policy:
All products sold by Toner Spot offer one full year of satisfaction guarantees against defect unless otherwise stated. All returns will be evaluated and tested upon receipt by our technical team. Once the return items have been examined and approved, a full refund will be applied to the account. Full refund includes the full price of the item plus the shipping we initially charged for customers located in 48 continuous US states. All shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or international purchases.

Returns due to reasons other than defect (such as wrong order or buyer relocation) will be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase if the item is in new condition without physical damage or usage.

A RMA number is required for all returns:
You must obtain a RMA number within our return policy period. Toner Spot will not accept returns without an RMA number and materials will be sent back on sender's expense. RMAs are valid for 15 days, within which the return must be received by Toner spot.

Please email sales@toner-spot.com to submit your RMA request. You will receive an RMA number and form. Please include display the RMA number prominently on your package and include the form with your package.

Pre-paid return shipping:
At Toner Spot, we want to provide our customers with a risk free program and we want our customers to shop with us with confidence. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for all the customers within continuous 48 US states for returns due to defect and customers will be provided a tracking number to track their return status. Pre-paid return shipping do not extend to customers who are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. Customers are responsible for RMA number request and properly displaying the RMA number on the package as well as including a copy of the RMA email within the return package.

All related fees (shipping & return fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all product returns that were due to reasons other than defect (such as wrong order). Our technicians will examine and weigh the item to determine the eligibility of the return. If the item was not defective or has been severely used (e.g. empty toner cartridge), we will not accept the return and will bill the customer for the return shipping.

Physical damages to any product will void the product's warranty and eligibility for return. Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered as physically damaging of the product and will void the product's warranty. A product cannot be returned under these circumstances. It is our policy that all returned products must be in new condition without physical damages. We feel that this gives everyone a fair test of the quality of the product.  

Original equipment manufacturer (OEM):
Cartridges name brand cartridges (Original Equipment Manufacturer Cartridges) are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. If you have a defective item, please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturers' warranty. We do not accept returns of open OEM cartridges.

Return processing time:
From the time it reaches our returns department warehouse. All credit requests will be completed between 7 to 14 business days.
