Our office is headquartered in Irvine, California and we manage a warehouse locally in Southern California. Our procurement team works very hard to ensure all of our items are fully stocked and ready to be shipped.

At Toner Spot, the remanufactured products we carry are made in ISO 9001 (Quality Standard) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) certified factories utilizing recycled toner cartridges. Our finished products are also tested in compliance with STMC testing standards. We stand behind our products, and most importantly, it is our core value to provide the best services to our customers.

We make the following promises to you:

1. All our products include a one year 100% risk-free satisfaction guarantee: Contrary to many of the industry participants, our guarantee is truly a risk free program. If you encounter issues with your purchase, we will pay for the return and replacement shipping. In addition, we provide full refunds to our customers, and that means we will refund for both the item and the shipping charged with no hidden restocking fees within one year from the date of the purchase.

2. All orders will be shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays): We want our customers to receive their supplies as fast as possible. We ship 95 % of our orders on the same day if we receive the order before 3 P.M. Pacific Standard Time. We push ourselves to be efficient in running our warehouse and all orders in stock received will be processed and shipped out in the most efficient manner. If your shipment is delayed for any reason, the shipping cost is on us.

3. All your inquiries will be answered in a timely manner: Our customer services and technicians are always standing by during our business hours to answer all your questions and concerns. You can reach us by phone or via live chat for immediate assistance. If you email us, rest assured that your emails will be responded within 24 hours (we are usually much faster than that).
