HP LaserJet 2300 Printer Review:
The HP LaserJet 2300 printer is
the base model and comes with a monthly duty cycle of 30,000 pages. The print
speed for the HP LaserJet 2300 printer is about 20 pages per minute. The other
models within the same category are the 2300L, 2300D, 2300N, 2300DN, and
2300DTN with more memory and higher input feeds. All models support Mac and
Windows with UNIX and Linux compatibility optional. The HP LaserJet 2300 printer
is also equipped with a 266 MHz processor and the first sheet out time is less
than 10 seconds.
There are two toner models for
the HP LaserJet 2300 printer – standard Q2610A and high yield Q2610X. The
standard Q2610A can print about 6,000 pages at 5% coverage. The high yield
Q2610X can print about 10,000 pages at 5% coverage. Users can seek for high
quality re-manufactured cartridge at an affordable price to further save on
printing expenses. A well made compatible toner should work as well as name
brand counterparts. In addition, the use of compatible HP LaserJet 2300 toners
does not void the printer warranty.
Paper input capacity is expanded
from 350 to 850 on the 2300DTN model, other models, including the HP LaserJet
2300 printer have a capacity of 350.
